We’ve all felt lost in our numbers. Worried our expenses were too high. Nervous about scaling up and growing our team. And worst of all… Overwhelmed every time we logged into that damned accounting software.
With the help of a business mentor (who also happens to be a CPA qualified finance expert, with 20 years’ experience, earned in senior finance roles, for businesses both big and small), you can ditch the never-ending overwhelm and start leading your business with clarity and confidence.
A mentor that compassionately (and expertly) guides you through business struggles (we all have ’em!) and celebrates your successes like her own, all the while working tirelessly with her fine-tooth comb to help you achieve the extraordinary business results you’ve been dreaming about.
Well, stop your search.
You’ve found her.Â
Your perfect business mentor:
Things kick off with a detailed onboarding questionnaire for me to find out as much as possible about you and your biz before we meet.
2-hour deep dive session (either in-person or via Zoom) that will enable us to get a big-picture view of what is working, what isn’t and focus in on the areas that need critical attention.
I’ll prepare a detailed action plan that outlines your big picture strategy over the next 6-12 months and the specific, actionable steps that need to happen to take you and your business to the next level.
This typically covers the following areas:
We will then have a follow-up 1-hour session to talk about the action plan and your progress so far.
If you feel like you can move forward confidently on your own to implement the action plan, we can part ways here.
If not, we move to Phase 2.
We meet fortnightly, for one hour.
And the best bit?
In between meetings, you can email me or contact me via messenger to check-in, get advice, nut out a problem or send me items to review.
I will also be proactive in keeping you accountable to your action points and be there to guide you if your confidence takes a hit.
In my experience, this is where the real magic happens.
Making the plan is one thing but committing to implementing it through the ups and down of business takes more guts and determination than you might think.
